Shipping Made Simple

How to mail in your gold and silver

Every shipment is prepaid and fully insured through FedEx. Here’s exactly how it works — no surprises.

01 — Request Your Free Label

To begin the process, simply visit the calculator page and enter your basic contact details, including your full name, address, and email address. Once submitted, we will process your request and send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label within one business day. This label allows you to send your items safely without paying any shipping costs.

Helpful Tip: The shipping label is delivered as a PDF file via email. You can download it and print it on any standard printer using regular paper. No special ink, labels, or equipment are required.

02 — Pack Your Items Safely

Once you receive your shipping label, carefully prepare your items for shipment. Place your gold or silver pieces into a small padded envelope or a secure Ziploc bag to prevent damage. Then place this inside a sturdy cardboard box, such as a shoe box or similar container. Use bubble wrap, crumpled paper, or other cushioning materials to ensure the items do not move during transit. Proper packing helps protect your valuables from damage or loss during shipping.

Helpful Tip: Do not write anything about gold, silver, or valuables on the outside of the box for security reasons.

03 — Drop Off at Any FedEx Location

After securely packaging your items and attaching the printed shipping label to the outside of the box, take it to any FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Office, or authorized FedEx drop-off location. The process is simple and requires no payment from you because the shipping label is already prepaid. Just hand over the package to the staff or drop it in the designated area. This ensures your package enters the FedEx tracking system immediately and begins its journey safely and efficiently.

Helpful Tip: Always request a drop-off receipt from the FedEx clerk and keep it until your transaction is fully completed.

04 — Track & Get Paid

Once your package is in transit, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its journey in real time. As soon as your shipment arrives, our team will inspect and test your items the same day. After evaluation, we will send you a firm cash offer based on the confirmed value. If you accept the offer, your payment is processed quickly—usually within 24 hours. This ensures a fast, transparent, and hassle-free selling experience from start to finish.

Helpful Tip: You can choose your preferred payment method, including e-Transfer, direct deposit, or a mailed cheque.
